Zusammenfassung

FNBO is seeking a Business Development Strategy & Project Manager to drive growth across Wealth lines of business. You will partner with senior leaders and Advisors to execute initiatives, plan events, and coordinate cross-functional campaigns that strengthen client engagement and revenue opportunities.

The role requires strong project management, communication, and collaboration skills, with experience in Salesforce, CRM tools, and data analysis.

Qualifikationen

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Project Management, or related field.
3–5 years’ experience in business development, marketing, project management, event strategy and execution.
Ability to manage complex projects, deadlines, budgets and multiple stakeholders.
Experience with Salesforce, CRM platforms, data analysis or related tools.

Partner with senior leaders to develop and execute business development priorities across wealth lines.
Plan, coordinate and host events from strategy through follow-up and evaluation.
Lead cross-functional meetings and align teams on priorities and outcomes.
