Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering is required.
- Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in Texas is required.
- 4+ years of related water and wastewater utility or consulting experience.
Responsibilities
- Manage and lead technical tasks and projects for water/wastewater master planning, hydraulic modeling, and asset management projects.
- Support business development activities, including proposal development.
- Lead multiple project teams for municipal water and wastewater studies.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to project teams; delegate to production staff and review deliverables.
- Work with utilities to solve complex issues and recommend actionable improvements.
- Build and maintain trusted advisor relationships with clients, both internal and external.
- Lead the technical development of proposals and statements of qualification (SOQs).
