The candidate should have a four-year technical degree, 5+ years in related fields, and strong writing and communication skills. The position emphasizes collaboration, security clearances, and a hybrid in-office/remote work arrangement.

Qualifications

• Four-year college technical degree or equivalent experience is required.
• Strong writing skills are required and experience documenting analyses is preferred.
• Military/military facility design experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate water and wastewater systems for reliability, resiliency and redundancy.
• Prepare clear, actionable reports and recommendations for DoW stakeholders.
• Conduct field surveys, collect system data and identify vulnerabilities and mitigation options.
• Coordinate contributions to ensure high-quality deliverables on schedule.
