Qualifications

• Four-year college technical degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years’ experience in electrical utility field.
• Familiarity with industry standards and federal policy.
• Military background or experience with military facilities design or construction.
• Strong writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Participate in planning activities for virtual meetings and site assessments.
• Conduct virtual and on-site assessments of water and wastewater systems.
• Perform field surveys and analyze data to identify deficiencies and risks.
• Prepare engineering reports detailing findings and proposed improvements.
• Develop and coordinate deliverables with internal teams and DoW stakeholders.
• Address client needs promptly with a professional demeanor.
