Job summary

RMC Global seeks a Water Systems Engineer for a full-time hybrid role in Dahlgren, VA. The engineer will evaluate water supply, treatment, distribution, and wastewater systems supporting federal missions, prepare reports, and deliver actionable recommendations.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in water/wastewater infrastructure, strong writing skills, and the ability to communicate complex issues to clients. This role includes DoW client engagement and a security clearance path.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree or equivalent experience in a technical field.
• 5+ years in electrical utility field.
• Familiarity with UFC and DoW standards.
• Military facilities design or construction experience preferred.
• Strong writing and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate reliability, resiliency, and redundancy of water systems for federal missions.
• Analyze system data and identify vulnerabilities and regulatory gaps.
• Prepare clear reports and provide recommendations to DoW stakeholders.
• Conduct field surveys and virtual/onsite assessments of water infrastructure.
• Develop engineering reports and ensure timely, high-quality deliverables.
