Concurrent Technologies Corporation is seeking a Water Infrastructure & Resilience Engineer (Civil/Environmental/Mechanical) for a remote position within the United States. The role supports the ERS Division to deliver policy, planning, and implementation services strengthening water security and data management for federal installations.

The engineer will develop models, perform on-site assessments, evaluate advanced water technologies (MBR, RO, AWG), and support junior analysts while ensuring

Qualifications

• BS in Civil, Environmental, Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 4+ years of professional experience in water resources engineering, utility management, or related field.
• Experience with water balance modeling and water treatment technologies (MBR/RO/AWG).
• Ability to translate complex technical subjects for a non-technical audience.

Responsibilities

• Participate in Technical Analysis from data collection to final reporting.
• Develop foundational models to score installations for water neutrality potential and a cost estimate for resilience projects.
• Conduct on-site assessments including infrastructure walk-downs and data collection.
• Evaluate water technologies such as MBR, AWG, and smart rainwater harvesting.
• Provide direction to Junior Analysts and ensure quality of technical work.
• Author technical sections of major deliverables and develop presentations for leadership.
• Collaborate with Senior Water Policy Specialist and Project Manager to integrate findings.
