Phigenics, LLC is seeking an Account Manager to lead end-to-end water management program delivery for hospital and hospitality clients. The role includes client relationship management, on-site coordination, and cross-functional collaboration with engineering and site teams.

The position is hybrid with travel across the Orlando, Lakeland, and Tampa metro areas, and remote work from home. Ideal candidates will have strong relationship and program-management skills and knowledge of water safety

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end delivery of water management services for hospital and/or hospitality clients, from initiation through closeout.
• Drive client retention by fostering strong relationships and addressing client needs to maintain long-term partnerships.
• Serve as the primary client contact, ensuring stakeholder alignment and satisfaction throughout the engagement lifecycle.
• Identify and surface additional sales opportunities within the existing client portfolio and generate qualified leads for the Sales team.
• Develop detailed execution plans in alignment with the scope of work and coordinate with site-level contacts.
