Job summary

Phigenics, LLC is hiring an Account Manager to lead water management programs for hospital and hospitality clients in the Houston area. The role combines on-site coordination with remote work, emphasizing relationship management, program delivery, and contract renewals.

You will act as the primary client contact, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and surface opportunities for growth within existing accounts while ensuring regulatory compliance and quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Project Management, or related field.
• 2–5 years managing technical or environmental projects, preferably in healthcare facilities.
• Proven ability to deliver complex projects on time and within scope.
• Experience managing contract renewal processes.
• Experience developing client retention strategies and proactive engagement.
• Knowledge of hospital infrastructure systems and water safety standards.
• Proficiency with HubSpot, ClickUp, PhiAnalytics, Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of water management services for hospital/hospitality clients.
• Drive client retention by fostering relationships and delivering value.
• Serve as primary client contact and ensure stakeholder satisfaction.
• Identify and surface sales opportunities within client portfolio.
• Develop execution plans aligned with scope and site contacts.
• Coordinate with engineering, water quality specialists, and infection control professionals.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Ensure compliance with water safety standards and maintain documentation.
• Support client staff education on program implementation and maintenance.
• Prepare progress reports and metrics for client leadership.
• Manage relationships with vendors and subcontractors.
• Own contract renewal process and follow up to secure PO delivery.
