Job summary

The Toro Company is seeking a Field Operations Manager to lead and optimize field programs across Parts Operations, Service and Warranty within the North American channel. This role is based at our Bloomington, MN corporate headquarters and involves travel up to 60% to support channel partners and customer sites.

You will work to achieve OSAT/NPS targets, drive adoption of digital products, and partner with commercial education teams to develop distributor talent.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in business or technical discipline is required.
• Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience, including management of service operations.
• Strong project management skills and financial acumen are required.
• Ability to collaborate and influence at all levels within the organization.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed sales volumes and profitability for whole goods, parts and services with channel partners.
• Develop and administer large-scale assessment tools and programs.
• Provide visibility to performance at macro and micro levels and align with strategic initiatives.
• Lead and maintain operational improvements across the enterprise and channel partners.
• Design and measure best-in-class customer experiences focusing on OSAT/NPS.
