Job summary

RideNow Group is seeking a Warranty Administrator in Austin, TX to manage warranty claims, submit through brand systems, and coordinate with dealership teams. This role emphasizes accuracy and proactive follow-up to ensure timely processing and payments.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable with dealership software, attentive to details, and able to navigate showroom and service areas safely while keeping meticulous records and following manufacturer policies.

• Ability to safely move through showroom, lots and service areas.

Responsibilities

• Review repair orders in DMS to gather required information.
• Submit warranty claims through brand online systems.
• Follow up with OEM on submitted claims and provide documents as needed.
• Coordinate with Service Department to clarify repair details.
• Notify staff about warranty parts returns and track completion.
• Monitor claims through credits and verify payments.
• Maintain organized records and ensure warranty policy compliance.
