Job summary

Cornerstone Building Brands is seeking a Claims Representative to manage warranty claims from intake to resolution, delivering a premier customer experience. The role requires strong analytical skills, clear communication, and balancing accuracy, cost, and satisfaction.

Hybrid role based out of our Rocky Mount, VA plant with 2 days in the office per week. Responsibilities include intake validation, creating work orders, monitoring progress, and performing root cause analysis in collaboration

Qualifications

• Ability to interpret customer claims and apply warranty coverage accurately.
• Experience with CRM systems and the ability to document communications clearly.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify root causes and propose solutions.

Responsibilities

• Handle warranty claim intake and validation, request missing information, and maintain documentation in CRM.
• Create work orders for technicians and vendors, manage costs and service quality.
• Monitor claims to ensure timely resolutions and communicate updates to customers.
