You will manage warranty claims from intake to resolution, balancing accuracy, cost efficiency, and customer satisfaction while coordinating with customers, internal teams, and vendors.

The role emphasizes strong analytical skills, clear communication, and thorough documentation within Dynamics 365 CRM, with a focus on quality and timely settlements.

Responsibilities

• Receive, review, and validate incoming warranty claims and request missing information as needed.
• Create detailed work orders for technicians and third‑party vendors, optimizing cost and service quality.
• Monitor claim progress and ensure timely, cost-effective resolutions.
• Host product standards and compliance discussions with customers and teams.
• Administer settlements and prepare settlement letters when applicable.
• Conduct root-cause analysis and collaborate with plant personnel and sales to support corrective actions.
• Prepare clear communications and updates for management on claim trends and opportunities.
