Job summary

LyondellBasell seeks an experienced inventory and materials supervisor to lead a team of direct and indirect reports in managing materials, parts, and warehouse operations. You will coordinate with Operations, Maintenance, and Reliability to optimize stock levels and ensure reliable supply chains.

Responsibilities include evaluating obsolete materials, driving improvements with Reliability, and ensuring compliance with MDG and MM processes while coordinating with Procurement for critical

Qualifications

• Minimum ten (10) years of maintenance experience in petrochemical, refining, or similar industrial facility (or five (5) years with a Bachelor’s degree).
• Knowledge of Materials Inventory Best Practices, Vendor Stocking, and Supply Chain Management.
• Basic computer skills (MS Office); SAP knowledge including MM module; Super User experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Directs a team to manage and supervise daily materials inventory activities.
• Oversees warehouse operations, inventory controls, and procurement coordination.
• Leads inventory strategy discussions with Operations, Maintenance, Reliability, and plant disciplines.
• Optimizes inventory levels to support long-term goals and reliability.
• Ensures compliance with annual physical inventory requirements and MDG policies.
