Job summary

Penske's Reading, PA office seeks a Warehouse Hiring Specialist to source, interview, and hire hourly warehouse workers for Penske Logistics. You will greet candidates by phone and guide them through a high-touch recruitment process in a call center environment.

This office-first role requires 4 days in the Reading office, Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm, with remote support across the US and Canada. This role will manage the full lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, offers, scheduling Meet &

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent years of relevant work experience.
• Experience interviewing and hiring highly preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish highly preferred.
• At least 2 years of prior work experience in recruiting or related roles.

Responsibilities

• Actively source and manage warehouse leads via inbound and outbound calls, e-mail, social media, resume and other internet databases, and associate referrals.
• Present candidates with the total value proposition and benefits of working with Penske, and discuss the details of available warehouse opportunities.
• Qualify candidates and ensure they meet minimum qualifications throughout the process.
• Coordinate background screening, scheduling Meet & Greet tours, and manage candidate communications.
