Job summary

Nova Biomedical in Waltham, MA is seeking a hands-on machine operator to fill, seal, and label reagents following assembly procedures and logs. You will work in a GMP/QSR environment, ensuring accurate fill volumes, proper sealing, and correct labeling information.

Responsibilities include setting up equipment, recording data in the DHR, and maintaining a clean production area while collaborating with team members to meet production schedules and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Read and write English and follow written and verbal instructions.
• Possess basic mechanical aptitude for setting up filling, capping and labeling equipment.
• Perform basic math and counting.
• Must be a team player with a positive, quality-focused attitude.
• Able to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment and follow safety procedures.
• Basic computer skills and ability to use electronic systems for documentation.

Responsibilities

• Fill, seal, and label reagents according to procedures.
• Set up filling equipment and monitor operation for fill volume and labeling accuracy.
• Record information onto documents as part of the DHR per GMP/QSR.
• Maintain a clean area and sanitize equipment between runs.
• Support production schedules and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
