Job summary

Fetch is hiring a Warehouse Associate / Driver Hybrid in Addison, TX. You will join a team that coordinates direct-to-door package delivery for apartment communities, supporting safe packing, routing, and inventory tasks.

You will drive, lift, and sort parcels, assist route planning, and ensure on-time deliveries while maintaining equipment and building clean workspaces. We support growth, a fast-paced environment, and clear communication.

Qualifications

• Warehouse experience is a plus.
• Proficient using smartphone applications and scanning devices.
• At least two years of experience operating a motor vehicle.
• A valid driver''s license and a clean driving record.
• A smartphone with a paid plan to use delivery apps.

Responsibilities

• Regularly lift and move parcels during dispatch, load up and delivery.
• Lift parcels that weigh up to 150lbs via material equipment or team lift.
• Delivery routes up to 60% of your weekly work schedule across multiple apartment communities.
• Pick up inbound freight from carrier facilities using material handling equipment.
• Move loads of parcels to and from delivery cargo vans and throughout communities on deliveries.
• The ability to lift and travel upstairs for delivery when necessary.
• Close, distance, and peripheral vision, along with depth perception, required for safe driving.
