Job summary

Fetch is hiring a Warehouse Associate / Driver Hybrid to join our first off-site package management team for apartment buildings in Tampa, FL. You’ll support dispatch, route planning, inventory audits, and assist delivery drivers, while maintaining a safe workspace.

The role requires a valid driver’s license, ability to lift up to 150 lbs, and solid communication. We offer competitive pay and benefits, with weekly pay and inclusive workplace policies.

Qualifications

• Prior warehouse experience is a plus.
• Proficient with smartphone apps and scanning devices.
• At least two years of motor vehicle operation experience.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Smartphone with data plan for delivery apps.
• Clear, concise verbal communication and attention to detail.
• Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in varying weather.

Responsibilities

• Regularly lift and move parcels during dispatch, load up and delivery.
• Lift parcels weighing up to 150 lbs using equipment or team lift.
• Delivery routes up to 60% of weekly schedule across communities.
• Pickup inbound freight from carrier facilities using handling equipment.
• Crouch, kneel, and stand regularly during shifts.
• Move loads to/from delivery vans and throughout communities.
• Lift and travel upstairs for delivery when necessary.
• Maintain safe driving with good vision and depth perception.
• Operate hand-activated pallet jacks and push trucks.
