UPS is seeking a Warehouse Worker / Cover Driver in Oxford, Alabama. This dual-role position trains you to perform both warehouse and cover driver duties, with the warehouse as your primary assignment and driving shifts when needed.

You may rotate between roles weekly or during longer stints, with opportunities for extended assignments and future growth into a full-time delivery position. Base pay is $21.00/hour, with industry-leading benefits and weekly pay.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs.
• Stamina for a physically demanding role.
• Valid driver's license (no CDL required, varies by state).
• Satisfactory driving history.
• Pass the DOT physical and UPS driver test.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Warehouse duties: load/unload packages, sort and move packages in a fast-paced warehouse.
• Cover driver duties: operate UPS delivery vehicles, deliver/pick up packages, provide customer service.
• Rotate between warehouse and driving roles based on business needs and schedules.
