UPS is seeking a Warehouse Worker / Cover Driver in Dothan, AL. This dual-role position rotates between warehouse duties and occasional cover driving, offering variety and the chance to grow skills within UPS.

Typical hours vary by business needs, with part-time shifts and potential to transition to full-time delivery roles. Must pass DOT and UPS tests, and meet all qualifications described.

Qualifications

• The ability to lift up to 70 lbs.
• Valid driver’s license; no CDL required (state varies).
• Satisfactory driving history and ability to pass a DOT physical.
• Must pass the UPS driver test.
• Excellent customer contact and driving skills.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Must comply with UPS driver appearance guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload packages from UPS trailers and brown package cars.
• Sort, move, and handle packages in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Report for assigned warehouse shift when not scheduled as Cover Driver.
• Safely operate UPS delivery vehicles as a Cover Driver.
• Deliver and pick up packages with strong customer service.
• Work independently in an outdoor setting and at customer locations.
• Meet UPS driver qualification standards and requirements.
