Parksite in Charlotte, NC is hiring a Hybrid Warehouse Associate / CDL Driver. The role blends warehouse tasks with CDL driving responsibilities to keep deliveries on schedule and inventory accurate.

You will switch between picking, packing, loading, and route deliveries while maintaining a strong safety and DOT compliance mindset. The position requires a High School Diploma or GED, at least 1 year in a warehouse, and a valid CDL Class A or B license with a clean MVR.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year of warehouse experience.
• Valid CDL Class A (or B, based on fleet) license in good standing with an acceptable MVR.

Responsibilities

• Execute picking, packing, staging, and shipping of customer orders with a high level of accuracy and efficiency.
• Perform unloading, labeling, receiving, and put-away of inbound materials to maintain smooth warehouse flow.
• Conduct cycle counts and assist with physical inventory processes to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Safely operate forklifts and other material handling equipment in all warehouse functions.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused warehouse environment.
• Safely operate commercial motor vehicles (CDL required) to deliver materials to customer locations.
• Ensure proper load securement using straps, chains, and binders while protecting materials during transit.
• Conduct pre-trip, in-route, and post-trip inspections in full compliance with DOT regulations.
• Complete deliveries on time while providing a high level of customer service and professionalism.
• Maintain accurate logs, delivery documentation, and compliance records.
• Transition seamlessly between warehouse and driving responsibilities based on operational needs.
