Job summary

Encore Global in Orlando is seeking a Warehouse and Driver Technician to split duties between Non CDL driving and warehouse duties. You will process orders, manage receipts, perform QC, and keep inventory accurate while adhering to safety policies.

As a Non CDL driver, you’ll follow routes, load and unload gear, and ensure on-time deliveries in compliance with DOT rules. The role requires 1–3 years in warehousing, a valid license, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs; the company offers a stable

Qualifications

• High School diploma/GED.
• 1 to 3 years’ experience in warehouse environment.
• Clean driving record and valid Driver’s license with minimum of 2 years driving experience.
• Drive trucks with a GVWR under 26,001 lbs.
• Basic knowledge of vehicle inspection and maintenance.
• Experience using GPS and other routing systems.

Responsibilities

• Inbound/Outbound Order Processing: receive, ship and label product, pick-up product, and pack orders.
• Driving, Delivery, and Pick-up: drive Encore-owned/leased/rented vehicles, maintain routes, load/unload materials, ensure order accuracy.
• Logistics and Transportation: process shipments, operate forklifts, ensure timely delivery, conduct safety inspections.
• Safety: perform daily forklift checks, adhere to safety protocols and regulations.
• Warehouse Housekeeping: maintain safe work area and equipment.
• Customer Service: maintain service quality and cross-department coordination.
