Fetch Package, Inc. is hiring a Warehouse Associate / Driver Hybrid in Tallahassee, FL. You will help process packages, select driver routes, and assist delivery drivers with scheduling and drops.

The role blends warehouse tasks with on-road delivery responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of vehicle operation experience, be comfortable with apps and scanning, and communicate clearly.

Qualifications

• Prior warehouse experience is a plus.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Comfortable using smartphone applications and scanning devices.
• Ability to lift up to 150 lbs with equipment or team lift.
• Strong communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Regularly lift and move parcels during dispatch and delivery.
• Delivery routes up to 60% of weekly schedule across communities.
• Assist delivery drivers and complete route inventory audits.
• Perform fleet inspections and maintain workspace safety.
• Operate material handling equipment during pickups and drops.
