Job summary

Fetch is seeking a Warehouse Associate / Driver Hybrid in Tampa to support off-site package management for apartment communities. You will dispatch, deliver, and coordinate packages while assisting drivers and maintaining safe workspaces.

The role calls for inventory checks, route optimization, and routine use of pallet jacks and scanning devices in a fast-paced environment with strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Prior warehouse experience is a plus.
• Proficient with smartphone apps and scanning devices.
• At least two years of experience operating a motor vehicle.
• Valid driver's license with a clean record.
• Smartphone with a paid data plan for delivery apps.
• Clear and concise verbal communication.
• Attention to detail to ensure on-time delivery.
• Comfortable indoors/outdoors in various weather.

Responsibilities

• Regularly lift and move parcels during dispatch and delivery.
• Deliver routes across multiple apartment communities.
• Use handling equipment to load and move freight.
• Conduct route/inventory checks as required.
• Maintain a safe work environment and assist drivers.
