Incendia Partners is conducting a confidential executive search for a Vice President of Infrastructure & Platform Operations in New York. Reporting to the CTO, this leader will oversee infrastructure, platform engineering, site reliability, DevOps, and production operations across a data-intensive tech environment.
The ideal candidate brings 15+ years of leadership in infrastructure/cloud/DevOps, tracks of scaling distributed systems, and a strong executive presence to partner with technology
Competenze
- 15+ years of infrastructure, cloud, platform engineering, or operations leadership experience.
- Experience leading Director, Senior Director, or VP-level technology organizations.
- Success scaling highly available, distributed production environments.
- Deep expertise in cloud infrastructure, DevOps, automation, reliability engineering, and modern platform architectures.
- Strong executive presence with the ability to partner across technology and business leadership teams.
Mansioni
- Lead infrastructure, platform engineering, site reliability, DevOps, and production operations across a complex data-intensive environment.
- Provide strategic leadership and operational excellence to shape the technology foundation for growth and scale.
- Partner with CTO and other technology/business leaders to drive modernization and transformation initiatives.
