Job summary

VectorVMS, part of the Pixid Group, seeks an Infrastructure & Platform Team Lead to shape the future of our operational platforms. This hands‑on leadership role will guide a small team (1–3 engineers) while actively contributing to architecture, implementation, and optimization of our infrastructure.

You’ll partner with Development, QA and Security to deliver a secure, reliable platform for software delivery, owning the underlying infrastructure and production environments that enable

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Infrastructure/Platform Engineering in SaaS/enterprise
• Experience leading or mentoring engineers
• Azure and/or private cloud infrastructure experience; AWS exposure a plus
• Proficiency with Windows Server and Linux administration
• Networking knowledge: F5/BigIP, DNS, Active Directory
• Strong security, privacy, and compliance understanding
• Excellent cross‑functional collaboration and communication
• Experience operating production environments with high availability

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a small Infrastructure & Platform Engineering team
• Own day‑to‑day direction, architecture, and implementation of infrastructure
• Collaborate with Development, QA and Security to ensure secure, reliable platforms
• Design and maintain infrastructure across Azure and private cloud environments
• Ensure high availability, disaster recovery and continuous improvement of operations
• Drive automation and operational maturity without compromising reliability
