Howden Private Capital seeks a Vice President of Business Development to lead Midwest growth in Chicago. You will originate opportunities, manage relationships with private equity sponsors and investment banks, and collaborate with brokers to convert opportunities into revenue.

The role requires 4+ years in relevant fields, a Bachelor's degree, and a proven ability to network, present, and manage executive relationships. Hybrid work and travel across the Midwest are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 4+ years in business development, sales, private equity, or related fields.
• Strong networking, communication, and presentation skills.
• Proactive, self-starter with entrepreneurial mindset.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a Midwest business development plan.
• Build and maintain relationships with PE sponsors, banks, and advisory firms.
• Generate meetings and opportunities for senior brokers and brokers' teams.
• Represent Howden Private Capital at industry events and conferences.
• Maintain CRM-driven pipeline reporting and activity tracking.
