Job summary

LPL Financial LLC is seeking an Assistant Vice President, Controllership to lead G&A accounting, close processes, and financial reporting while driving automation and AI-driven insights.

This strategic leader will partner across FP&A, Treasury, Audit, and Technology to modernize controllership with Oracle Fusion, strengthen controls, and deliver scalable, accurate financial information to support growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Data Analytics, or related field.
• 7+ years of progressive accounting or finance experience.
• 3+ years of leadership experience managing teams.
• Experience leading accounting close, financial reporting and process improvement initiatives.
• Knowledge of U.S. GAAP and internal controls.

Responsibilities

• Oversee G&A accounting activities and monthly close processes.
• Lead reporting support and strengthen internal controls.
• Drive automation and AI-driven finance transformation initiatives.
• Implement and optimize Oracle Fusion across finance modules.
• Collaborate with FP&A, Treasury, Procurement, and Audit.
• Translate business needs into scalable system solutions.
