Job summary

Right Path Law Group, PLLC is seeking a Personal Injury Associate Attorney licensed in Virginia (or entering by Oct 2026) in Chantilly/Fairfax. The role offers a base of $90,000–$100,000 with quarterly commissions and a 15% originations share, plus comprehensive benefits and a hybrid schedule as the docket grows.

You’ll work with a senior PI attorney, a team of case managers, and support staff to negotiate, advise clients, and pursue litigation when appropriate.

Qualifications

• Active Virginia law license or pending admission in October 2026.
• Experience in personal injury or civil litigation preferred.
• Strong negotiation, writing, and advocacy skills.
• Ability to manage multiple files and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate claims, review demand packages, and negotiate with insurers.
• Advise clients from treatment through settlement in plain language.
• Prepare and argue motions, depose witnesses, and handle General District Court matters.
• Maintain organized case files and document deadlines.
• Collaborate with a pod of support staff and use Eve platform to draft demand packages.
