The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of experience, a Virginia law license in good standing, and strong oral and written communication skills.

You will screen potential clients, investigate claims, draft pleadings, and represent clients through trial while maintaining empathy and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience practicing personal injury law.
• Active Virginia law license in good standing.
• Prior experience practicing in the State of Virginia.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Highly organized and analytical.
• Strong relationship-building and client-facing abilities.
