New England Veterinary Clinic & Pet Resort in Salem, MA is hiring a Veterinary Receptionist / Pet Care Attendant to join our hybrid team. The role combines client service with hands-on care of pets staying in our resort, requiring comfort with both people and animals throughout the day.

Responsabilités

• Greet clients and their pets and create a welcoming experience from the moment they walk through the door.
• Answer phones, schedule appointments, and assist clients with general questions.
• Check clients and patients in and out for appointments, boarding, and other services.
• Communicate with clients regarding appointments, medical records, prescription requests, and general hospital information.
• Process payments and maintain accurate client and patient information.
• Work closely with the veterinary team to keep communication and daily operations running smoothly.
• Provide daily care for dogs and cats staying in our boarding facility.
• Feed, walk, exercise, and monitor pets throughout their stay.
• Maintain clean, comfortable kennels and boarding areas.
• Administer medications as directed and maintain records.
• Help with general cleaning, laundry, and maintaining a clean environment.
