New England Veterinary Clinic & Pet Resort is seeking a Veterinary Receptionist / Pet Care Attendant for a full-time, hybrid role in Salem, MA. You will greet clients and their pets, manage appointments, and assist with daily care of boarded animals.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and their pets and create a welcoming experience.
• Answer phones, schedule appointments, and assist clients with questions.
• Check clients and patients in and out for appointments, boarding, and other services.
• Communicate with clients regarding appointments, records, prescriptions, and hospital information.
• Process payments and maintain accurate client and patient information.
• Provide daily care for dogs and cats in boarding facilities.
