Job summary

Ahold Delhaize USA is seeking a Vendor Master Data Compliance Specialist to govern vendor master data processes and support onboarding/remediation activities. The role partners with vendors, banks, and third parties to validate documentation and resolve compliance issues.

The position operates in a hybrid model with 3 in-person days at core locations (Salisbury, NC; Quincy, MA; Carlisle, PA; Scarborough, ME) and 2 remote days, and requires US work authorization for full-time employment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in data management, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 2–4 years in master data management, internal controls, or financial operations.
• Highly organized with strong attention to data accuracy and timing.
• Good communication skills, written and verbal, with vendors and stakeholders.
• Understanding of principles and standards; ability to apply them in practice.
• Ability to identify issues, assess risk, and propose solutions.

Responsibilities

• Enforces vendor master data compliance processes per internal controls and regulatory requirements.
• Reviews, validates, and approves vendor master records for set-ups and changes.
• Ensures accuracy of banking, tax, address, and legal entity information; resolves discrepancies.
• Ensures required compliance documentation is collected and retained.
• Performs audits on VMDM attributes and ERP enrichment for vendor setup and maintenance.
