• Bachelor's degree in business administration, accounting, or related field.
• 1–2 years' experience in vendor management or internal controls.
• Strong written and verbal communication to interact with vendors and stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented, organized, able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Willingness to travel around 10%.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary contact for vendors and internal ADUSA teams during vendor and item set-up.
• Facilitate communication and training between internal teams and vendors.
• Support vendor and item set-up maintenance and provide performance feedback.
• Monitor compliance with vendor and item setup policies.
• Assist in vendor audits and risk assessments to identify improvements.
• Gather and analyze vendor master data and prepare management reports.
• Track KPIs to evaluate efficiency of vendor and item setup initiatives.
