Job summary

Ford Motor Company is seeking a Software Integration Test Technician to prepare vehicles and test environments, deploy software, and conduct integration tests across vehicle electronic systems. You will document findings and support reliable, repeatable testing with engineering teams.

You will prepare prototypes, perform flashing and calibrations, monitor diagnostics, and help develop repeatable test procedures while ensuring safety and quality throughout development.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in automotive technology or related field.
• Hands-on experience with vehicle systems and diagnostics.
• Experience with software deployment/flashing of ECUs.
• Familiarity with vehicle networks (CAN/LIN/Ethernet).

Responsibilities

• Prepare prototype vehicles, test benches, and equipment for software integration.
• Execute vehicle-level integration, functional, and regression tests.
• Analyze diagnostics and test data; document results and defects.
• Coordinate testing with engineering teams and support off-site testing.
