Job summary

Morley is seeking a Vehicle Processing Clerk (Disposition Coordinator) in Saginaw, MI for a hybrid role. No auto experience needed; training provided to handle vehicle repurchases and documentation with care and accuracy.

You’ll communicate with clients, lien holders, and agencies, secure required paperwork, and track cases while maintaining a positive, helpful attitude. Shift options include 8am-5pm or occasional 11am-8pm ET.

Qualifications

• Background check and pre-employment drug screen required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year customer service experience.
• Able to work on site in Saginaw, MI.
• Available for standard 8am-5pm ET or 11am-8pm ET shifts.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with clients, customers, lien holders, dealerships, and state agencies to complete vehicle repurchases.
• Handle inbound and outbound communications (phone, email, mail).
• Secure required documentation to expedite vehicle return.
• Expedite and track cases in documentation systems.
• Meet required metrics.
• Manage multiple cases within guidelines.
• Provide timely solutions with a positive attitude.
