Job summary

Ford Motor Company is transforming its outbound finished-vehicle logistics network in North America. The NAVL Business Solutions Analyst will drive continuous improvement, partner with business, IT and vendors, and identify inefficiencies to redesign workflows and implement data-driven solutions to improve performance and user experience.

Ideal candidates have a Supply Chain/Logistics analytics background, strong Excel and Power BI skills, and familiarity with Lean/Six Sigma.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Analytics, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent.
• 3+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Logistics Operations, Data Analytics, or Process Improvement roles.
• Strong quantitative skills with advanced proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, formulas). Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau) or querying environments preferred.
• Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI), Microsoft Copilot and Copilot Studio.
• Lean, Continuous Improvement, or Six Sigma frameworks (waste identification, root-cause analysis, standard work).
• Demonstrated ability to organize tasks, manage timelines, and coordinate cross-functional milestones.
