• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and direct operational experience.
• 1 to 3 years of professional experience in logistics management, transportation analysis, or supply chain operations.

Responsibilities

• Establishes and maintains long‑term carrier relationships through regular performance communication and reviews.
• Coordinates and manages carrier shipment tracking and visibility tools to identify delays and resolve bottlenecks.
• Analyzes, verifies, and approves or disputes transportation invoices while monitoring premium freight.
• Designs and monitors transportation tracking reports and carrier scorecards.
• Tracks Quality Operating System (QOS) metrics and supply chain KPIs to drive improvement.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
