Job summary

Arnot Health seeks a Project Manager of Value Analysis to lead system-wide value initiatives, evaluate products, and drive evidence-based decisions with clinical and non-clinical partners.

You will collaborate with Supply Chain leaders and the CMO for Value Analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities, standardize supplies, and ensure adoption across the organization; reports to Sr Director, Supply Chain Strategic Sourcing and Contracting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a clinical setting with project management and performance/process improvement responsibilities.
• Experience with healthcare data, project management tools, and Microsoft Office Suite required.
• Bachelor's Degree in healthcare related field.
• Registered Nursing Degree.
• Project Management certification within 2 years of hire.

Responsibilities

• Lead product review, evaluation, selection, and implementation processes.
• Conduct utilization analysis, evidence-based review, and cost‑benefit assessments.
• Apply continuous improvement methodologies to supply chain and hospital operations.
• Develop and implement strategies for standardization of supplies, equipment, and services.
