Job summary

The American College of Surgeons in Chicago is seeking a UX Project Manager, Education, to improve digital education experiences for surgeons, learners and members across ACS platforms. You will map current-state experiences, define requirements, identify friction points, and guide cross-functional work from discovery through implementation.

This role requires strong project management, stakeholder facilitation, and a user-centered approach, with hybrid work three days in the office and two days

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience leading cross-functional digital initiatives.
• Experience translating complex user needs into clear requirements and plans.
• Experience coordinating stakeholders and vendors to deliver digital solutions.
• Experience evaluating and improving user-facing digital experiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery activities: interviews, journey mapping, analytics.
• Define requirements, user stories, workflows, and acceptance criteria.
• Coordinate cross-functional work across Education, IT, and communications.
• Ensure solutions align with user needs and ACS priorities.
• Support continuous improvement across ACS education platforms.
