Job summary

The American College of Surgeons in Chicago seeks a Program Administrator to support the Quality & Education programs within the Division of Education. The role bridges surgical quality and education, coordinating development, implementation, evaluation, and stakeholder communications.

Based in our Chicago office, this exempt position is hybrid: 3 days in the office and 2 days remote, with a salary range of $68,500–$75,000 commensurate with experience.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.
• Experience coordinating committees, meetings, and stakeholder communications.
• Prior work in healthcare, education, association management, or similar setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day operations support for Quality & Education programs and committees.
• Coordinate meetings, agendas, materials, minutes and follow-ups.
• Support program development, evaluation, and stakeholder feedback.
