Job summary

Liberty Mutual is seeking a UX Director II to lead a team of 8–10 designers and researchers focused on enterprise employee experiences within our Enterprise Technology Organization. You’ll set the strategic design vision and build the practice that delivers it, combining hands-on craft with management responsibilities.

The role requires deep UX leadership, collaboration across product, technology and business teams, and a commitment to inclusive, user-centered design.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in technical or business field.
• 10+ years UX/design experience with leadership.
• Mastery in at least two UX disciplines and fluency in the rest.
• Experience applying Agile, Design Thinking, Lean UX, or similar frameworks.
• Exceptional communication and storytelling skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 8–10 designers and researchers.
• Drive strategy and alignment for global digital services and apps.
