Job summary

Veridian Credit Union seeks a Digital Experience Designer to lead the design, optimization and execution of digital experiences across its website, landing pages, microsites, email and advertising channels. You will partner with Marketing, Web Development and stakeholders to create accessible, engaging experiences that support member needs and organizational goals.

The role focuses on UX, digital content, personalization and campaign execution to improve engagement and conversions.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in UX Design, Web Design, Digital Media, Marketing or related field, or equivalent experience.
8+ years combined education, training and experience in digital design.
3+ years designing responsive websites, landing pages or digital marketing assets.
3+ years experience with content management systems and digital publishing platforms.

Responsibilities

Lead the design and optimization of digital experiences across Veridian’s online channels.
Create accessible, responsive templates and content experiences.
Collaborate with Marketing and Web Development to translate objectives into digital experiences.
Support personalization, audience targeting and campaign execution.
Ensure brand standards and accessibility compliance.
