Job summary

Desert Financial Credit Union is seeking a Digital Production Designer to create high-quality visual assets and user experiences across our digital properties, including the website, emails, ads, and member portals.

You will translate brand standards into polished, conversion-focused designs, apply UI/UX best practices, build wireframes and prototypes, and ensure assets ship on schedule while collaborating with web developers and marketers.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional design experience focused on digital deliverables.
• Proficiency with Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Portfolio demonstrating digital design and UI/UX across multiple channels.
• Experience designing wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and responsive pages.
• Experience with CMS or marketing automation platforms is preferred.
• Knowledge of accessibility (WCAG 2.1 AA) is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design and produce digital assets across website pages, email templates, digital ads, and online banking ads.
• Translate briefs and brand guidelines into polished, on-brand visual designs that drive engagement.
• Apply UI/UX best practices to create intuitive, conversion-focused digital experiences.
• Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and mockups for concept validation.
• Prepare, optimize, and hand off assets for development and deployment.
• Collaborate with web developers, marketing, and content teams to deliver production-ready assets.
• Build and maintain reusable design components and templates for brand consistency.
• Support A/B testing and usability findings to improve the member experience.
