Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary communication hub for all assigned projects with regular updates.
• Coordinate with utility providers, clients, and contractors to establish services.
• Prepare utility applications, load letters, and coordinate site plans.
• Assist with permit acquisitions and approvals related to utilities.
• Track progress, manage schedules, and provide comprehensive status reports.
• Conduct on-site meetings and ensure accurate billing setup and documentation.
