Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance or related field.
• 10+ years in payment management processes and system implementation.
• 4+ years of leadership experience.
• Experience automating payment systems workflows and transmissions.
• Strong knowledge of KYC, AML and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent analytical skills for audits and fraud investigations.
• Experience with AI tools in finance/business contexts (Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor).
• Strong team leadership and ability to manage diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily operations of global accounts payable payments with timely processing and on-time payment SLAs.
• Lead transmission of payments through ERP and Host to Host (H2H) networks to banks.
• Ensure system reconciliations between H2H transmissions, bank acknowledgements and rejections.
• Develop and maintain fraud detection rules and checks for vendor disbursements.
• Monitor payments including rejections across channels in real time.
• Maintain compliance documents and stay informed about regulatory changes.
• Lead a team of global payment processors with standardized processes and controls.

Join NVIDIA and play a pivotal role in our future! As a Global Payment Operations and Compliance Manager, you will be in a premier finance team at our Corporate Office in Santa Clara, CA. Reporting directly to the Global Director of Accounts Payable, you will lead all aspects of the entire payment lifecycle ensuring smooth, touchless, secure & compliant payment processing globally.

What you'll be doing:

• Coordinate the daily operations of global accounts payable payments, ensuring timely processing and strict adherence to on-time payment SLAs.
• Lead the transmission of payments through our ERP and Host to Host (H2H) network to banks.
• Ensure system reconciliations between H2H transmission, bank acknowledgements and rejection files.
• Develop and maintain fraud detection rules and system checks for all vendor disbursements.
• Monitor payments including rejections across various channels in real time.
• Uphold compliance with global regulations and industry standard processes by maintaining detailed compliance documents and staying informed about any modifications.
• Lead a team of global payment processors, implementing standard processes and operational controls to maintain outstanding performance.

What we need to see:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 10+ overall years of experience in Payment management processes and system implementation.
• 4+ years of leadership experience.
• Proven expertise in managing automation of Payment Systems workflows and payment transmissions.
• Strong knowledge of KYC, AML, and other regulatory compliance requirements.
• Outstanding analytical skills for conducting audits and investigating potential fraudulent transactions.
• Experience in AI tools and capabilities, including Claude, ChatGPT, and Cursor, in a finance or business context.
• Excellent team management skills with the ability to lead and encourage a diverse team.

Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. The base salary range is 184,000 USD - 287,500 USD. You will also be eligible for equity and benefits.
