Qualifications

Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer service by engaging clients professionally and resolving issues promptly.
Explain banking products, accounts and services to customers.
Identify opportunities to deepen relationships and refer to licensed representatives as needed.
Open and maintain new accounts and ensure accurate records and compliance.
Assist in Teller operations and process transactions per policy and procedures.
Maintain branch organization, backups, and drive customer satisfaction.
