Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years teller or personal banker experience is a plus.
• Banking experience preferred but not required; hospitality/retail welcome.
• Must be detail oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Team player with strong desire to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Working knowledge of banking regulatory requirements.
• Knowledge of retail bank products and admin support.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and direct calls to staff.
• Process transactions and new accounts accurately and promptly.
• Suggest process improvements to enhance customer experience.
• Assess banking needs and obtain customer/account information.
• Assist with openings, services and cross-sell opportunities.

• Process teller transactions and cash handling efficiently.
• Stay informed on competitor products and promotions.
