Capital Insurance Group is seeking an entry level Underwriting Trainee in Spokane, WA. The role is hybrid-eligible with 3 days in office and 2 days remote.

You will complete a 3–6 month training program with the Underwriter Development and Audit department, with potential promotion to Associate Underwriter based on performance. Qualifications

• College degree from a recognized university or college (GPA 3.0 or better).
• Strong computer and analytical skills are essential.
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Read, understand, and apply manuals, journals, and other documents.
