Core Specialty Insurance Services, Inc. is seeking a Bond Processing Specialist/Underwriting Assistant to support the bail bond operations team.

You will coordinate daily processing workflow, maintain agent and bond records, and provide backup coverage for accounting and administrative activities. You'll use Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, OneNote and related systems to generate reports, respond to routine agent inquiries, and ensure accurate data entry and timely reporting in a hybrid work

Qualifications

• Experience with data processing, transaction entry, and record maintenance.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail are essential.
• Ability to learn and use accounting, reporting, and bond-processing software.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor daily processing workflow and production reporting.
• Maintain accurate agent and bond records across systems, including setup and postings.
• Record and reconcile agent payment activity and support routine inquiries.
• Prepare reports and assist with inventory and bond-system replenishments.
• Provide backup coverage for accounting and administrative tasks.
• Maintain files and correspondence; collaborate with team in a hybrid environment.
