Job summary

Core Specialty Insurance Holdings, Inc. seeks a Bond Processing Specialist/Underwriting Assistant to support the bail agent team in Indianapolis.

You will coordinate daily processing, maintain accurate bond and agent records, and respond to routine inquiries while providing backup coverage for accounting tasks. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and data-entry systems is required; experience with Crystal Reports, ImageRight, and Adobe is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience with data processing, transaction entry, record maintenance, inventory tracking, or related accounting/administrative work.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to learn company systems and procedures and provide backup support.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor daily processing workflow, incoming agent materials, execution reports, and production reporting.
• Maintain accurate agent and bond records across accounting and bond-processing systems.
• Record and reconcile agent payment activity.
• Prepare, review, and maintain operation reports and address inventory/audit matters.
• Provide backup coverage for remaining team members.
